Credit Authorization
Effective Date: April 24, 2026. This Credit Authorization explains how LOANS BY KRADEVIC LLC and participating providers may obtain, use, and share consumer report information in connection with eligibility review, offer presentation, fraud prevention, and compliance operations.
1. Authorization Scope and User Acknowledgment
By submitting information through loansbykradevic.com, you expressly authorize LOANS BY KRADEVIC LLC, affiliated service providers, and participating financial providers to obtain consumer report information, including soft inquiry data and, where applicable and legally permitted, hard inquiry data necessary to process a formal application.
You acknowledge that authorization may apply to initial submission, subsequent updates, identity verification, fraud screening, and account review activities related to your request. This authorization is provided electronically and has the same legal effect as a signed written authorization, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Permissible Purpose and Legal Basis
Consumer report access is performed only for permissible purposes under applicable law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and relevant state regulations. Permissible purposes may include prequalification support, underwriting assistance by providers, identity verification, anti-fraud controls, dispute handling, and legally required compliance checks.
LOANS BY KRADEVIC LLC does not make lender underwriting decisions. Final approvals, denials, and pricing outcomes are determined by participating providers under their own legal disclosures, eligibility criteria, and compliance frameworks.
3. Types of Credit Inquiries and Potential Impact
Soft Inquiry Operations
Soft inquiries may be used for comparison matching, prequalification previews, and profile-level eligibility screening. Soft inquiries generally do not impact your credit score and may not be visible to third-party lenders reviewing your credit file.
Hard Inquiry Operations
Hard inquiries may occur when you proceed to a formal provider application requiring full credit evaluation. Hard inquiries may affect your credit score and may appear on your consumer report for the period defined by applicable law and bureau policy.
4. Information Sources and Data Categories
Credit-related information may be obtained from consumer reporting agencies, identity verification vendors, anti-fraud systems, and provider-side compliance tools. Categories may include credit score ranges, tradeline summaries, inquiry history, debt obligations, payment behavior indicators, public record data where legally available, and risk or fraud signals.
Use of such data is limited to authorized business, compliance, and operational purposes and is subject to contractual and technical controls designed to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure.
5. Frequency, Duration, and Renewal of Authorization
This authorization may remain effective for the duration reasonably necessary to process your request, support connected provider workflows, perform lawful follow-up verification, and satisfy recordkeeping and audit requirements. Where required by law, renewed consent may be requested before additional report access is performed.
If you submit new requests, materially update submitted information, or re-engage with provider channels, additional authorized checks may occur consistent with this disclosure and applicable law.
6. Data Sharing, Security, and Retention
Credit-related data may be shared with participating providers and vetted service providers strictly as needed to support request handling, compliance, security, and lawful operations. We apply administrative, technical, and contractual controls, including access restriction, audit logging, and secure transmission measures.
Retention of credit-related information follows legal and operational requirements, including dispute defense, regulatory audit, anti-fraud obligations, and records management standards.
7. Consumer Rights, Disputes, and Contact Channels
You may have rights under federal and state law to obtain disclosures, dispute inaccurate information, request correction through relevant reporting agencies, and receive adverse action notices from providers where required. If you believe your information was used improperly, contact us at support@loansbykradevic.com and include sufficient detail to investigate your request.
For disputes about report accuracy, you may need to contact the relevant consumer reporting agency and the provider that made the decision, as LOANS BY KRADEVIC LLC does not control bureau file maintenance or final underwriting outcomes.
8. State Law Notices and Version Control
Additional state-specific disclosures, limitations, and rights may apply depending on your residence and the nature of your request. Where mandatory law conflicts with this authorization text, mandatory law controls to the extent of that conflict.
Current Version: v1.0. Effective Date: April 24, 2026. We may revise this Credit Authorization from time to time. Revised versions become effective upon publication unless a later date is stated.
